You desire to check if your network bandwidth with the SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite.

In general, SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite requires no more bandwidth than is required to surf the Internet. All application modules are designed for speed and responsiveness with minimal use of large graphic files.

Resolution

1. Open the diagnostics tool by the URL: https://<domain>/diagnostic/main. Use the same domain of the URL that you use to access the SAP SuccessFactors solutions
2. Go to the Tests section of the tool and run the bandwidth test.

For instance, if your HXM Suite (BizX) is on DC4, your domain would be: https://performancemanager4.successfactors.com/

Therefore to access the Diagnostics Tool, you may access via this URL:

https://performancemanager4.successfactors.com/diagnostic/main

Diagnostics Page Sample:

The tool returns your network bandwidth. If it is below 300 Kbits per second, it is highlighted in red. When it is below 300 Kbits per second, the performance of the application is compromised. To optimize the performance, contact your IT support to increase the network bandwidth.
